PLEASE NOTE:
The system we use for sending SMS results is currently in the process of being replaced, so please check your emails including spam (and check the email you used to order with if that is different to your main email) Equine, farm animal & poultry FEC results are being sent via the new SMS system (if text is ticked) while fluke & lungworm are being sent via email until the new system is fully up and running. Sorry for the inconvenience.
FAQs for posting samples and waiting for results
When should I post my samples?
Plan your sampling carefully thinking about weekends (postal delays) and postbox collection times.
Please write the date of collection on your vouchers and date of posting on your envelopes so we can be sure of freshness when testing.
How long will my results take?
All prepaid freepost envelopes have 1st class postage, this can take anywhere between 1-5 days to arrive at the destination. If you haven't received results near the end of the week please try not to worry and wait patiently as they may well be on their way to you. We run evening test sessions each day as well as daytime sessions so you may well receive your results late evening. If you sent multiple packets these often get separated in the post and arrive on different days. The 7 day rule still applies to the second and third packet even if you received some results- so please try to wait patiently.
What if I don't receive results?
If you haven't received results after **7 DAYS** please get in touch so we can chase this up for you and help further. If its less than 7 days please wait before chasing unless its an emergency, to allow your samples time to arrive here in the post and be tested on day of arrival.
Why do I have to wait?
Thank you for helping us to run a smooth & successful service. Our small team work long hours testing all the samples that arrive here as quickly as possible. By following the rules you can help us continue to offer this service as it cuts down on admin time and lets our staff test more samples rather than chasing up arrivals before the 7 days have passed.
